Roberta Trzebinski
Roberta Trzebinski is a teacher / personal trainer in Pilates and in Myofascial Release, a form of therapy that arose from osteopathy and focuses on the treatment of the connective tissue and especially the fascia.
For it was first of all her own experience, which brought Roberta Trzebinski to the Matrix Rhythm Therapy. After her own experiences as a patient she has integrated Matrix Rhythm Therapy into her practice.
There was some approval from the audience when Roberta Trzebinski, at the very beginning of her lecture, talked about her first hearing of Matrixmobil and Matrix-Rhythm Therapy and her inner protest. “I am a manual therapist, I work with my hands. A machine? I could not imagine that.”

“But this machine has changed my life.”
For it was first of all her own experience, which brought Roberta Trzebinski to the Matrixmobil. “I had bad neck problems after a car accident. Of course I got physiotherapy, osteopathy, medication – nobody could figure out what the ultimate cause was. But I could not practice my work, which I love very much. I felt disabled.”
“I noticed right away at the first treatment – it’s not a machine. It’s something wonderful and magical.”
Since she was fully recovered, she has integrated Matrix Rhythm Therapy into her practice. “Fascia are probably the most important part of our body. They are chaotic, constantly changing, made of water, “she said. “Matrix Rhythm Therapy is incredibly effective, especially when it comes to treatment, and I never tire of finding out more about it.”
She completed her presentation with some case histories from her practice in Bahrain, including surgical scars after cesarean and breast surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe acne and cellulitis. Her last case – a family member – who she successfully treated for lymphoedema now becomes a lymph therapist herself. Because she now wants to help others who suffer from this disease.
