From the so-called physiological tremor to muscle trembling, the musculature synchronizes its vibrations in a more or less intensive manner, thereby maintaining the microcirculation of blood and lymph drainage.<\/p><\/div>\n

The therapeutic action of Matrix Rhythm Therapy is based on the vibratory behavior of the skeletal musculature and its characteristic frequency\/amplitude spectrum. Although the heart muscle does the main work in the overall circulation of blood, down to the smallest capillaries, the action of the heart must be supplemented by additional mechanisms in order to insure an adequate supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells as well as the removal of metabolic end-products from tissue.<\/p>\n

The key additional mechanism on the local level is provided by microscopic rhythmical vibrations generated by the skeletal musculature, which propagate into virtually all tissues of the body. These microvibrations generate a \u201csuction\u201d effect in the region immediately surrounding the cells, helping to transport substances to and from the cells and thereby playing an essential role in the \u201clogistics\u201d and regulation of the body on the cellular level<\/strong>. The vibratory action of the skeletal musculature is thus a precondition for sufficient oxygen and micronutrients to reach the cells. When there are disturbances in normal muscle function, this can lead to a slowing or blockage of cell logistics, leading in turn to energy deficits (due to insufficient oxygen supply) which can cause painful cramps as well as changes in muscle, bone, nerve and vascular tissues. The metabolism becomes acidic and the cells can no longer function properly.<\/p>\n

The Matrixmobil is the extended arm of the therapist. The therapist uses his\/her hands to assess the state of the tissue, sensing its so-called resonator quality. The device is then applied, utilizing the technique of amplitude modulation, to treat the body tissue in a gentle, directed and deep-penetrating manner.<\/p><\/div>\n

In Matrix Rhythm Therapy the therapist acts from outside on the cells and their environment — i.e. the extracellular matrix — using a specially developed device called the Matrixmobil. Applying the Matrixmobil to the body creates an asymmetrical pressure distribution in tissue, which induces a pump\/suction effect while at the same time stimulating nerve receptors. Specifically, the therapist uses the Matrixmobil to generate a microscopic, rhythmical stretching action (micro-extension) in tissue, which is adapted to the natural microvibrations of the muscle cells and thus acts efficiently on the cellular level. The normal microvibrational activity of the tissues and the cells is restored and\/or stimulated. In a very short time this leads to a normalization of metabolic processes in the given region of the body.<\/p>\n
